The new DeepL experience is designed to help you maximize your DeepL subscription. It’s a space for intuitive, focused work, where all of your documents, tools and resources are instantly accessible. Admins can easily manage their users and gather data for a more strategic view of how their teams are using DeepL. In addition, enterprise customers with at least 50 licences (excluding DeepL Pro Starter), can add their company logo to create their own, branded DeepL experience for employees.

When you log in to the new DeepL, you’ll find clear shortcuts to the tools you need for text translation, file translation and AI writing assistance. Business customers with 50 licenses or more on DeepL Pro Advanced, or higher-value plans, can add their company logo to the DeepL interface. This white-labeling signals to employees that they are in a secure, dedicated company space, and it helps to boost confidence and engagement across teams.
